It seems only fair that I tell you a little bit about me.
My name is Scott Petersmeyer and I live in Regina Saskatchewan.
My family and I share a love for nature and the outdoors…..hiking, snowshoeing, canoeing, kayaking, cycling and art are ways we like to stay in shape and clear our minds. Spending time in nature is an easy way to reduce stress.
When coaching, I like to build some time in the process to focus on relaxing outdoors…..even just turning off your phone and enjoying a quiet coffee on the deck can make a big difference in your day.
As a personal coach I like to take a relaxed conversational approach to helping guide you towards your goals. There will be tough conversations, lighthearted chats and everything in between, that is how we will help you find balance, motivation and the confidence to move forward.
I have over 30 years of experience working with individuals, small companies and corporations. This variety of working environments has helped me gain a solid understanding of how to approach goal setting to target changing work situations.

My normal approach is to book weekly 45 minute sessions for a period of 3 months.
We can then decide how you would like to schedule sessions going forward.
